Cleanroom specialist PodTech has completed a 206 sqm prefabricated cleanroom facility in the UAE for satellite component assembly.洁净室专业公司 PodTech 已在阿联酋完成一座 206 平方米的预制洁净室设施，用于卫星组件装配。

The facility comprises eight PODULE pods and includes ISO Class 7 and ISO Class 8 classified cleanroom areas, with the system validated for aerospace standards.该设施包括八个 PODULE 舱，并设有 ISO 7 级和 ISO 8 级洁净室区域，系统已按航空航天标准完成验证。

PodTech was responsible for the project’s concept, basic and detailed engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), HVAC, flooring and validation.PodTech 负责该项目的概念设计、基础工程和详细工程、机械、电气与管道（MEP）、HVAC、地坪工程以及验证。

“Cleanroom demand in the UAE isn't only coming from pharma anymore. Each PODULE is a self-contained, shipping-container-sized unit with its own air handling, building management system, fire protection, and electrical and process utility distribution.每个 PODULE 都是一个独立的、海运集装箱大小的单元，配有自身的空气处理系统、楼宇管理系统、消防系统以及电气和工艺公用设施分配系统。

The utilities are housed within the pods, allowing the cleanroom to be deployed on site using a plug-and-play approach.公用设施设置于舱内，使洁净室能够采用即插即用方式在现场部署。

Why does a prefabricated approach matter? 为什么预制方法很重要？ 

The company’s prefabricated approach involves manufacturing and testing cleanroom systems in a controlled factory environment before they are transported to site. 该公司的预制方法是在受控工厂环境中制造和测试洁净室系统，然后再将其运至现场。 

Each PODULE undergoes factory acceptance testing before shipment, followed by site acceptance testing once it arrives.每个 PODULE 在发货前均接受工厂验收测试，运抵后再进行现场验收测试。

The approach integrates key cleanroom infrastructure, including HVAC, filtration and utilities, within the factory-built units, reducing the amount of construction and systems installation required on site.该方法将关键洁净室基础设施（包括 HVAC、过滤系统和公用设施）集成到工厂建造的单元中，减少了现场所需的施工和系统安装工作量。
