Cleanova has acquired SV Techsol, a Silicon Valley-based manufacturer of engineered filtration and environmental control solutions, to expand its offering for semiconductor manufacturing and other ultra-clean applications.Cleanova 已收购 SV Techsol——一家总部位于硅谷的工程过滤与环境控制解决方案制造商，以扩展其在半导体制造及其他超洁净应用领域的产品组合。

Founded in 1990 by John Dryden, SV Techsol designs and manufactures customised fan filter units (FFUs) and tool-integrated environmental modules for advanced semiconductor equipment manufacturers. SV Techsol 由 John Dryden 于 1990 年创立，为先进的半导体设备制造商设计和制造定制化的风机过滤单元（FFU）以及设备集成式环境模块。 

Its products are used in wafer fabrication, metrology and inspection equipment, where control of particles, temperature, airborne molecular contamination and electrostatic discharge is critical.其产品应用于晶圆制造、计量与检测设备，在这些领域中，对颗粒物、温度、气态分子污染物和静电放电的控制至关重要。
