REC4 is a major rewrite touching many aspects of our definitions, toolchains, formats, etc. This is a preview version for which we are now requesting comments and feedback. • REC4 contains some files whose paths are long enough to cause issues on Windows. If you are using Windows, we recommend checking REC4 out as high up in your folder hierarchy as possible, to avoid this issue (e.g., C:\REC).
